DeKreek Construction has recently completed projects for Sacramento County Probation Department, Magellan Healthcare Services, Sacramento County Task Force, Sacramento County EMD, Association of Water Agencies and Mack Powell Event Center (building addition). Other notable projects include Back Bistro at Palladio, Sacramento County DA’s office, Maximus, Rainforth Grau Architects (RGA), Synergex, Capital Allergy (3 locations), AALR, and over $11M and approximately 250,000 square feet of tenant improvements at Parmer West business park in Rancho Cordova. Specialty projects include building backup generators, site and site lighting improvements, ADA upgrades, core, lobby and restroom improvements, exterior building repairs, and electric vehicle charging stations.
